It has been reported on the Channel4 Teletext that Hooky says the Control Soundtrack is finished. The good news is that the tracks are instrumentals - this is what I had always hoped for.

The bad news is that it sounds like they are considering putting the leftover New Order tracks from the recording of  WFTSC on the soundtrack album. Have to say if they have recorded beautiful instrumentals in the style of Joy Division I think it would be a mistake to put  WFTSC stuff on there also. Just imagine a serene Atmosphere like  instrumental segueing  into Jetstream  Part 2 .....  Nooooooooooooo!!
